Method
Fry sooji in 1/2 tsp of ghee, remove.
In the same pan fry the oats in 1 tsp of ghee, remove and make a coarse powder in mixer; keep aside.
Boil milk with 250 ml of water, add oats powder and sooji, next add sugar, stir continuously.
Add sugar, stir well.
Add ghee slowly while stirring to form a non-sticky mass.
Finally add nuts and cardamom powder, mix well and remove.
Serve warm.
It is a fibre rich, yummy sweet. -
