How can we curb this menace, which not only makes the whole city look (and sound) disgusting, but also is a health hazard?
Fines n penalities might not work for we are genius at finding a way around such things. Humiliation might work. By that I mean taking pics and videos and putting up billboards with such pics. Perhaps when humiliated thus in front of the entire city people might cut down on their instincts to spit in public places. By Hnshyam
