I think Google Maps have integrated bus routes in their options for Chennai. I can use the feature on my phone and it gives me relevant bus numbers n approx timings. But I dont find it on their website. Dont know why. By Hnshyam

Mumbai autos are pretty "loyal" when it comes to charging their customers. they have meters fixed and if I am not wrong, they also have a chart which explains to the customer the exact amount to be paid. Do you think this would be successful, if introduced in Chennai as well?

hmshyam, I totally agree. something has to be done about the traffic here. thank god, its not as bad as mumbai or blore. we could have a separate lane for motorbikes and cycles. these guys drive like they r in a race! By Sindhuja

@hnshyam - you are right, I live about 200 meters from the "so called" station...I have never seen any train there, except for the new trains that leave the ICF locomotive factory which also pass through that station! By Narsi
