Krishnamachari Srikkanth, former captain of the Indian cricket team and the current chairman of the National Selection Committee, was the brand ambassador for the franchise till the end of season 3 when his 3-year contract got over, and former Indian opener V. B. Chandrasekhar is the Chief Selector. To gather more support from local fans, actor Vijay and actress Nayantara were also appointed as ambassadors.
