The building and courtyard concept stems from a fully integrated approach to sustainable planning and design. The symbiotic relationship between the terminal’s visionary form and the courtyard landscape, delivers an enriching and beautiful experience for passengers, visitors and employees. The building’s steel structure rises with a curved roof to form a light and open, column-free terminal with expansive glass curtain walls that create a feeling of spaciousness. Skylights follow the geometry of the trusses, further opening the structural framework to allow natural light to permeate the terminals.
