Some of the steps that I would follow,
1. Do a thorough research on what the target beneficiaries really need
2. Do another study to see which industry or companies might be interested in my target causes
3. Check with my network or friends, colleagues to get contacts from those companies who can make the difference.
4. See the existing donation schemes with the target beneficiaries on what works and what doesn't.
