on 8 months ago@Narsi- You must watch this really nice movie called Cairo Times (if you haven't watched it already!) It talks about an European (or American, I fail to recollect) lady who visits Cairo for a few days and how she is received there by the society there and how she responds to them. Highly congruous to this narration. In the middle east it is not uncommon. While Saudi n some other countries maintain very strict socio-religious rules on thee things, Dubai is somewhat lost in the transition between a typical Arab country with all its limitations to a highly modern and open society like the US and Europe. I believe the lady's adventure is an outcome of this confusion!
